At Glow Mind Care, I provide compassionate, evidence-based medication management and support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more.
My approach is collaborative and respectful, with a focus on personalized care that empowers you to thrive.
First session
In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you in. I’ll ask questions about your mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This is a safe, supportive space where you can share openly at your own pace. We’ll work together to create a personalized care plan, which may include therapy, medication management, or both. You’ll leave the session with a better understanding of the next steps and what ongoing care will look like. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward.
Strengths
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is my commitment to individualized, compassionate care. I focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences and needs, using a blend of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. I also offer thoughtful medication management when appropriate. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their healing. Many clients appreciate the balance of structure and empathy I bring, and they often report feeling more hopeful, focused, and in control of their mental health.
Ideal clients
Clients who are having issues with either anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders and trauma-related concerns. I work well with clients who are open to exploring both medication management and supportive therapeutic approaches as part of their care. My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and focused on helping individuals gain clarity, improve symptoms, and build sustainable coping strategies. I also support clients who are seeking diagnostic clarification, medication adjustments, or a second opinion regarding their mental health treatment. Whether someone is new to treatment or returning after a gap in care, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and supported.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Through structured interventions like cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation, I support clients in building coping skills and achieving goals. CBT’s practical, evidence-based approach makes it central to my work across diverse clinical presentations.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence toward change. By fostering a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment, I support clients in identifying their own reasons for change. MI’s client-centered, goal-oriented approach enhances motivation and empowers individuals to take meaningful steps toward lasting behavioral transformation.
