My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I believe clients have the ability to grow and understand themselves better. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel valued. Together, we’ll explore their thoughts and feelings honestly, while building trust and a genuine connection along the way.

Humanistic

I work with clients as a whole person, taking into account their unique backgrounds, values, and aspirations. I focus on their inherent potential for personal development and self-actualization. We’ll explore how they can align with their true self and build a meaningful, fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and change behaviors that may be holding them back.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I focus on what’s working and what clients want to achieve, rather than dwelling on problems. Together, we’ll identify their individual strengths and past successes, set realistic goals, and create practical solutions to help you move forward with confidence.
