My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is well studied and is something I have inculcated in my practice from the beginning. We all have automatic thoughts that we believe, many of them are negative thoughts and shape how we view ourselves. These thoughts can create self doubt and low self esteem, resulting in us not being able to reach our full potential in our professional or personal lives. I like to guide individuals into identifying these thoughts even during our sessions and guiding them into switching these thoughts to be more positive, resulting in a transformation of the way we think, creating more possibilities in life.

Attachment-based

I appreciate that we have our different attachment styles that affect relationships in our personal and professional lives. Many people are not aware of this possibility. In our initial visit, I get a detailed history that will allow us explore the possibility of an attachment style that maybe affecting current life situations. I provide you with resources that will help you understand more about your style so that you can have more secure relationships and be more resilience in life situations
