We can address the hurt and pain of the past that is getting in the way of your present. We can look the choices, patterns of behavior, and communication that has gotten in the way of successful relationships.

I use CBT to address the interaction of how you think, feel, and react. Capturing thoughts and imaginations is so essential in reducing anxiety. Learning coping skills and relaxation techniques is essential.

I have had great success working with clients who are experiencing anxiety. I have extensive experience regarding trauma and abuse. Processing loss and dealing with anger and forgiveness is another skill set.
