Asia Jaworowska
I offer a warm and friendly therapeutic environment. I am compassionate yet direct, supporting clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. My approach blends evidence-based methods with integrative, less mainstream practices, including cognitive, solution-oriented, body-centered, emotional, and spiritual therapies. My work is rooted in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, emphasizing each person’s inherent capacity for growth and self-understanding. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, reduce emotional overwhelm, and find greater clarity, stability, and meaning in their lives. Therapy with me is active and collaborative, focused on what feels stuck, what is getting in the way, and how to move forward with greater self-trust. Together, we work on releasing patterns that are no longer useful and strengthening the qualities that support a more fulfilling life. Clients often come to me for support with anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, or disconnection from self or direction. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling seen, heard, understood, and empowered. If you're ready to begin your journey of healing and self-discovery, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
First session
Our first session is an intake, where I’ll gather information about your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your history, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and see if we’re a good fit. While it’s more information-gathering, I aim to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can begin to feel heard and understood from the start.
Strengths
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to meet clients human-to-human first, creating a space that feels genuine, grounded, and real. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple modalities to tailor the work to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I’m both compassionate and direct, offering honest feedback while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment. This balance helps clients feel truly seen while also being gently challenged to grow and create meaningful change.
Ideal clients
Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction, and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I’m especially well-suited for those who are open to self-exploration, curious about their inner world, and ready to actively engage in the process—both in and outside of sessions—to create real, lasting change. Clients who value honest feedback, accountability, and a collaborative, growth-oriented approach often find this work especially beneficial.
Treatment methods
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions, rather than trying to eliminate distress. Together, we focus on increasing psychological flexibility through mindfulness, values exploration, and gently addressing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling, values-driven life.
Transpersonal
My transpersonal approach honors the deeper, often spiritual aspects of the human experience. I support clients in exploring meaning, purpose, and connection—whether to self, others, nature, or something greater. This work is gentle and integrative, helping you access inner wisdom and move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we explore how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. My approach is supportive and collaborative, helping you build skills you can use in everyday life.
Narrative
I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore the stories they hold about themselves and their lives. Together, we identify patterns that may feel limiting and begin to rewrite those narratives in ways that reflect your strengths, values, and resilience. This process is collaborative and empowering, helping you see yourself with greater clarity and possibility.
Positive Psychology
I incorporate Positive Psychology to help clients focus on their strengths, resilience, and what is already working in their lives.
