I specialize in working with adults and teens who are navigating stress, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and other challenges that impact daily life. I also support individuals experiencing women’s health concerns, postpartum transitions, LGBTQIA identity exploration, college‑related stress, and the unique pressures that come with caregiving roles. I will work collaboratively on goals and ensure you feel safe and heard through the process. With 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I draw from evidence‑based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, complex trauma CBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. It can be hard to take the first step to reach out, but please know I am here to support you. I am committed to helping you grow, heal and have a more fulfilling life.
