Hi, I’m Tyana Larise Ingram, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Financial Therapist. I specialize in helping women heal money wounds, rewrite limiting beliefs about their worth, and break free from cycles of overgiving, under-earning, and burnout. My approach blends narrative therapy, financial social work, and faith-based support (if desired), creating a compassionate space to explore your money story and move toward lasting peace and purpose.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you—financial stress, emotional patterns, or life transitions. I’ll guide you through a gentle conversation about your money story, current challenges, and what healing could look like for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out—this is a safe space to start unpacking and begin your journey toward peace and purpose.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are helping clients connect the dots between their emotional patterns, financial stress, and deeper beliefs about worth and identity. I specialize in money story work, financial social work, and short-term therapy that brings clarity and relief. I create a space where women feel seen, spiritually supported, and empowered to rewrite their narrative and walk in freedom.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with women who feel overwhelmed by financial stress, burned out from over giving, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are navigating identity shifts, life transitions, or cycles of under-earning and self-doubt. They’re ready to heal their money story, release shame, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose, peace, and worth.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Treatment to help clients identify their strengths and take actionable steps toward the life they want to create. My approach focuses on what's working, rather than staying stuck in the problem. This method is especially helpful for women navigating financial stress, burnout, and life transitions who want clear direction, emotional relief, and practical tools in a short-term timeframe.

Narrative

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore the stories they've internalized about themselves, their worth, and their relationship with money. Many of my clients carry messages rooted in shame, scarcity, or survival. Through this approach, we gently unpack those beliefs and co-create new narratives grounded in truth, identity, and emotional freedom.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients understand how past experiences may be shaping their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—especially around money, self-worth, and identity. Together, we work to gently challenge harmful thought patterns, build emotional regulation tools, and create healthier, more empowering beliefs rooted in safety and self-compassion.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I center each client’s lived experience and cultural identity in the healing process. As a Black woman and therapist, I understand how systemic, generational, and cultural dynamics can shape how we view money, worth, and survival. My approach honors your story with compassion, context, and care.

Christian Counseling

As a faith-based therapist, I offer Christian Counseling for clients who want to invite God into their healing journey. I integrate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection to support emotional and financial restoration. Clients often find peace, clarity, and renewed purpose as they align their healing process with their faith.
