I am licensed in Florida and Oregon with various professional healthcare experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My approach is compassionate and individualized. I help clients navigate what is weighing on them with effective coping strategies, evidence-based techniques all while providing a supporting space to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Ashley is so insightful and I feel like she understands my point of view while also challenging me when needed to see blind spots I may have. Overall I leave out sessions feeling I am making deep progress. She is the best!

Ashely is great she is very down to earth , straight shooter and I feel safe speaking my whole truth with her. She has been a breath of fresh air for someone who isn’t super comfortable with therapy
