Hey! My name is Brent and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Virginia who has over 24 years of healthcare experience. I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 2018 and recently retired from the United States Air Force. I'm looking to form an authentic relationship with all of my clients to achieve our therapeutic goals. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions to include: Depression Anxiety Expertise Addiction ADHD Alcohol Use Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality (BPD) Dissociative Disorders (DID) Dual Diagnosis Grief Men's Issues Mood Disorders Self-Harming Sexual Abuse Sleep or Insomnia Stress Trauma and PTSD

My therapeutic approach involves psychopharmacology coupled with cognitive behavioral strategies to treat mental health symptoms. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care and will utilize interprofessional collaboration with peers to meet your unique needs.
