Hello I am Cortina! Thank you for taking the next steps in your healing journey. Together we can partner to both guide and disrupt problematic patterns. As a licensed clinic social worker, 200-hour Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and certified Mindfulness professional, I use a holistic approach to help you connect with your wounded inner child, establish healthy boundaries, and apply evidenced based techniques that can be used to unravel root and intergenerational struggles. I utilize a mind, body approach by integrating mindfulness and restorative practices into the therapeutic space. I believe that depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and many other symptoms are better managed when we address the whole person in environment. It is not uncommon for me to connect and partner with loved ones and other health providers who also serve my clients in order to create a truly holistic approach. If needed I will make a speciality referral to ensure the best possible care. I hope that you will take this journey with me!
