Hi there, I am Hannah! Do you struggle with finding balance in your life? Do you wish you had more time or ability to deal with situations that are causing you stress? Is it hard to give yourself the compassion and space to do this? I help high-functioning people find the time and give them the skills to improve work-life balance, as well as deal with interpersonal difficulties. Together we can help identify what is not serving you, and create more balance in all aspects of your life. I use a mix of art therapy and talk therapy to increase awareness, sense of self, and ability to express emotions in a healthy way. Let's work together so we can give you the tools to deal with everyday stressors, cycles of depression and anxiety, or interpersonal difficulties. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will review your history and what you want to work on. From there we will make a plan to assist in decreasing symptoms and help you get on your way to feeling better!

I am very passionate about bringing art into our sessions. I love to help people discover new ways to process and express their emotions. Implementing the use of art materials can help to unlock your hidden creativity and help you to feel your emotions more deeply.
