Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem or trouble with life changes? Do you neglect self care and meeting your own needs? I offer an individualized approach to therapy by getting you know and where you come from. I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach as each person is unique in their own way. I am here to offer you the coping skills and tools you need to make lasting positive changes. My goal in therapy is to teach you how to embrace you and all life has to offer while navigating the difficulties appropriately. I strive to teach you ways to develop a tool box of coping mechanisms that you can use throughout life. I connect well with with individuals, young to middle age adults. Establishing a trusting relationship with you is high priority for me and will begin from the first visit. People describe me as empathetic, compassionate and a good listener.
In our first session together we will begin with you helping to paint a good picture of who you are for me. This will help me gain a full understanding of your background and be able to tailor care for you specifically.
I feel I can connect with others easily. I provide a safe and encouraging environment for you to be able to freely express yourself. I will challenge you when needed and push you out of your comfort zone little by little. I believe in being non judgmental and accepting you for who you are and where you are at in your journey. I am quite empathetic and will be direct but compassionate. This is your journey and will be about you, me guiding you on healing along the way.
