Has anxiety and panic impacted your life and emotional well-being? Have you been avoiding doing certain things in your life out of fear? Has this affected your overall quality of life? I have some great tools and techniques that you can immediately apply to your life to start alleviating the symptoms of anxiety. I’ve had experiences that cause panic and can help you learn new ways to cope with anxiety. I am an ex-police officer twice (and a coroner), I've worked in hospice, and psychiatric hospitals, supporting and counseling first responders, and currently work in an emergency room evaluating the needs of individuals experiencing acute mental health issues. I provide full evaluations with diagnoses and guide people to the services they need to regain their best selves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

If you are ready to face the challenges that have been holding you back, I offer a safe, therapeutic approach that is individualized and centered on your needs. You drive the process and I will guide you through what may work best in your situation.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strength is understanding the pain of trauma, anxiety, and panic disorder firsthand. Adverse Childhood Experiences, difficult life challenges, and traumas affect the way we see the world and how we respond to it. You don't have to hide behind your pain, nor do you have to allow it to rule your life. Let it go in a safe, compassionate, and understanding environment.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

All first responders, women and children with trauma, anxiety, and panic. Personality disorders. Christian counseling/spirituality .
