Helping You Find Clarity, Confidence, and Balance Through Life’s Challenges
I understand you are not doing so well and that's what made you call us. I have 15 plus years of experience and can assist you in regaining your wellness. You don't have to do this alone. Let me help you move out of your crisis into a state of tranquility and confidence in your life. In your sessions, you can expect my undivided attention and feedback of practical ways to start improving your situation and your well being through a few therapies and psychotherapeutic agents.
First session
In our first session together I'll listen to you and what is bothering you. These issues will be addressed in the upcoming sessions, but to start, I just want you to unload how you are feeling and what's going on. Which ultimately leads to a treatment plan involving some therapies and medications. That's enough for our first hour.
Strengths
As a provider, I utilize knowledge-Based Strengths: Computer skills, languages, training others, technical abilities; Transferable Skills: Organization, problem-solving, communication style; Personal Traits: Hard-working, team player, trustworthy, calm under pressure
Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, distracted, emotionally exhausted, or simply not like themselves and is ready to better understand what is happening and make meaningful changes. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, work or school stress, sleep difficulties, or a major life transition. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I enjoy working with clients who are open to self-reflection, willing to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and interested in developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. Ultimately, my ideal client is someone who wants more than temporary relief—they want to better understand themselves, improve their emotional well-being, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
The use of CBT is incorporated in a structured way, usually allowing clientele to attend a limited number of sessions. CBT helps clientele become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
