Hello and welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m an integrative psychotherapist, which means I see you as a whole person — body, mind, heart, spirit, relationships, and community. True healing and growth happen when all parts of your life are acknowledged and supported. In our work together, we’ll use a holistic approach that blends mind-body tools, neuroscience, and practical action plans designed to create lasting change. My goal is to help you move from where you are now to where you truly want to be — building greater clarity, balance, and resilience along the way. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress and anxiety, navigating a life transition, or wanting deeper connection to yourself and others, therapy can be the bridge. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out — let’s take the next step together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about creating a safe, supportive space for you to share your story. We’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to get a sense of your history, your goals, and the patterns in your life that may be impacting your well-being. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for me and my style. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share any concerns, and let me know what feels most important to focus on. Together, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work toward and outline a path that feels both supportive and achievable. Above all, the first session is about connection — building trust and creating a foundation so you feel seen, understood, and empowered as we move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is grounded in the belief that mind, body, and heart are deeply interconnected — and when we honor that connection, real transformation becomes possible. I bring an integrative approach that blends science, mindfulness, and practical tools to help clients not only heal but also step into greater authenticity, resilience, and empowerment. What sets my practice apart is my commitment to guiding clients beyond symptom relief toward creating lives that feel meaningful, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives, even if they feel unsure about where to begin. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck — in old patterns, in stress and anxiety, in relationships, or in life transitions that feel overwhelming. I work especially well with individuals who: -Want to better understand themselves and build greater self-acceptance. -Are navigating transitions such as career changes, midlife shifts, parenting challenges, or loss. -Struggle with anxiety, stress, or burnout and want healthier ways to cope. -Feel disconnected from their body, emotions, or sense of purpose and want to realign. -Are motivated to not just “talk about problems” but to practice tools, skills, and strategies that create lasting change. My approach is integrative and collaborative — meaning we’ll draw from mind-body practices, neuroscience, and holistic tools to support your goals. Whether your focus is emotional healing, personal growth, or building balance in your daily life, I’ll meet you where you are and help guide you toward where you want to be. Couples elationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy in life — but they can also bring stress, conflict, and disconnection. Whether you’re navigating challenges with communication, trust, intimacy, or major life transitions, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore these struggles and begin creating new possibilities together. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, practice new tools for healthier communication, and build skills to navigate conflict in a way that fosters respect and understanding. With a holistic and evidence-based lens, I support each partner in expressing their needs authentically while nurturing the health of the relationship as a whole. For some couples, this work is about deepening intimacy and consciously strengthening their bond. For others, it may mean consciously uncoupling — navigating separation with clarity, respect, and care. In either path, the focus is on healing, growth, and creating a foundation for the next chapter of life. Whether you are seeking to repair after a rupture, deepen closeness, or approach transitions with greater intention, relationship counseling can provide the guidance, hope, and tools you need to move forward in a way that feels aligned and empowering. I work with individual adults and couples only at
