Greetings! I'm Beth, a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio. I received my Masters Degree at Cleveland State University and have been practicing for 14 years during which time I have worked with a wide variety of populations to help individuals living with addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, aging, and various other life problems we face.
The first session is a time for us to get to know one another, how treatment works, what your goals are, and how we can work together to meet them.
Personal and professional experience allow me to truly understand what it’s like and how to maneuver through life’s challenges.
I love helping to support people on their journey to finding peace; within themselves, in their relationships, and in the world around them.
Beth Litz offers therapy covered by Buckeye Health Plan, Buckeye Health Plan (Managed Medicaid), CareSource, Medicaid - Buckeye Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare/Optum - Medicaid in Ohio.
I will use various adaptations of evidenced based treatment modalities to meet individual client needs.
