Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of La Verne and have been practicing for 20 years. I primarily serve clients experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. Specializing in: Children & adolescents issues, parent/child relationships, parenting, building and re-building relationships, work/life balance, work related stress, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal/relationship issues, school/life balance, family issues, singles issues, phase of life problems and communication skills.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding your current concerns. I'll ask about your background, your symptoms, and any specific issues you're facing. This initial assessment helps me understand your unique situation and allows us to start setting goals for therapy. You can also ask any questions you have about the therapy process. This session is a safe space for you to share your story and begin your journey towards healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Together, we will examine how to overcome obstacles in your life. I have over 20 years’ experience in the social services and mental health field. I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. I have a passion and purpose to be of meaningful service to others. I combine my education, professional and real-world experience to provide gentle, honest, and insightful care within a compassionate, strength-based, client-centered spiritual approach.
