My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

This clinician utilizes this approach to help clients better understand their triggers, values, and perceived capabilities to successfully transition, adjust, and overcome the present moment. With that, this clinician helps provide realistic solution-focused treatment plan to help distinguish how one is to commitment to their new perspective(s), circumstance(s), challenge(s), and/or environment(s). Remaining neutral, during this approach, is paramount.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This clinician helps the client highlight how their thoughts are associated with certain words, phrases, triggers, and/or memories that have a direct impact on their beliefs about themselves, others, and/or the world around them; ultimately, having consequences to the behaviors exhibited, as result of their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and interactions.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

This clinician helps guide the client through the second version of the Cognitive Processing Therapy Workbook, while also helping them to be grounded in their traumatic narrative. This clinician also walks the client through each ABC worksheet, while deliberately focusing on each domain.

Collaborative Management and Assessment of Suicidality (CAMS)

This clinician utilizes the CAMS risk assessment tool, stabilization plans, and ongoing follow up to complete at least five sessions of trauma-informed care.

Forensic Psychology

This clinician is S.O.A.R. certified and helps develop disability claims for the Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Workman's Compensation, and/or specific Employment Assistance Programs.
