LCSW, 12 years of experience
New to Grow
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels both supportive and collaborative. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can process trauma, explore challenges, and build the skills they need to live more fully. I offer psychotherapy, therapeutic assessments, and specialized interventions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I aim to help you feel understood and empowered. As I often remind clients, our connection to the world is shaped by the people we engage with. Together, we can build on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful change and improve your quality of life.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and creating a foundation for your therapeutic journey. You can expect a supportive space where you’ll feel heard and respected, with opportunities to share what brings you to therapy. My focus is on building a human connection first, so we can move forward with trust and understanding.
I bring empathy, integrity, and passion to every session. My innovative and mindful approach helps me stay fully present with each client, ensuring that every step of the process is tailored to your needs. I believe that every interaction we have contributes meaningfully to your healing and growth.
I specialize in working with clients who are managing co-occurring disorders, mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, substance use challenges, personality disorders, and unresolved trauma. I also have experience supporting clients with autism, psychosomatic concerns, self-harm behaviors, and chemical dependency. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you take steps toward healing and resilience.
