Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and offer virtual therapy services in California. I have a Masters degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from San Diego State University. I've been working with individuals, families, groups and communities in the US and Asia for nearly 15 years. I guide clients in examining emotional wounds and unconscious beliefs in a sacredly safe space. My goal is for you to feel lighter after every session, and overtime regain a sense of peace and balance from within.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, review a few housekeeping items, then dive right in to the specific challenges you're facing. Together we'll collaborate on a few goals for your treatment and make a plan for moving forward.
Having worked in multiple countries, with folks from all walks, I will meet you right where you are. My compassionate approach will help you feel safe and heard. If you'll allow me the honor, I will walk along side you on your healing journey. My hope is that you'll feel lighter and more empowered after each session and that in time, you'll feel truly at home within yourself.
I work with women (who are often the daughters of immigrants or mothers themselves) who are coping with burnout (work or life), overcoming trauma, healing from grief, adjusting to parenthood, or struggling in their romantic or family of origin relationships.

My goal is to guide you back into your body, where emotions are truly felt and processed. You'll learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, heal your triggers, tap into your own internal guidance system, and feel more at ease in your daily life.
