What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

The main treatment method I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is learning to manage your thoughts so that you can live a happier and more productive life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Most of my experience is working with people who struggle with depression and anxiety. Relationships, substance abuse, trauma, and low self-esteem are all areas that are common in manifesting these issues.
