First session
During your first session with me, we will take the time to get to know each other and create a comfortable, trusting environment where you feel safe to share your experiences. I will ask about your mental health history, current concerns, and any symptoms you are experiencing to better understand your unique situation. Together, we will discuss your goals for treatment and begin exploring options for care, including medication management if appropriate. I will also answer any questions you may have about the process, what medication options might look like, and how we can work collaboratively toward your well-being. This initial visit is an important step in building a strong therapeutic relationship and laying the foundation for your path to healing and recovery.
