Hi, I am Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My goal is to always provide a safe place for my clients to explore their feelings and thoughts, and for them to feel supported. My clients can expect me to facilitate and assist them with setting goals for their growth and healing process. I feel strongly that my job is to assist clients with strengthening and empowering them to live a better quality of life.
My approach is to do what is best for my client. I utilize person-centered therapy with all of my clients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
It is important to me to provide a safe space for my clients. I provide encouragement and empowerment within our sessions. Self-care is essential, so I encourage techniques for grounding or connecting to activities that bring you peace and joy.
