New to Grow
You don't have to carry everything alone. Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, major life transitions, or the weight of constantly caring for others. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and military spouse, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to be everything for everyone else. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. Together, we'll build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change because even in life's hardest moments, healing remains possible.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but our first session is simply a conversation. We'll take time to get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify what's been working and what hasn't. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin building a plan that fits your unique needs.
Clients often describe me as compassionate, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. While I provide a safe space to process difficult experiences, I'll also help you develop realistic strategies that promote lasting growth. My background in crisis intervention, behavioral health, and working with military families has taught me that healing looks different for everyone. Whether you're facing burnout, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we'll work together to help you regain confidence, find balance, and move toward the life you want.
My ideal clients are adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in a difficult season of life. Many are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, military life, chronic illness, caregiver stress, or major life transitions. They may have spent so much time caring for others that they've lost sight of themselves. Whether you're seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can heal, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
