Clients say this provider is
Hi, I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in both medical and mental health care. I specialize in supporting adults, teens, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized blending talk therapy with medication management when needed. I believe in empowering my clients to reconnect with their strengths, restore emotional balance, and build practical skills for long-term wellness. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change and a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
In the first session, clients can expect a thorough assessment focused on their symptoms, history, and treatment goals. I create a supportive space to explore current challenges and collaboratively develop a personalized care plan, which may include therapy, medication, or both.
My greatest strength as a provider lie in my ability to combine medical expertise with compassionate, culturally attuned mental health care. With dual board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring a holistic perspective to treatment — understanding both the mind and body. I’m skilled at creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen and supported, especially those who are high-functioning but silently struggling. My background in critical care, outpatient, and telehealth settings allows me to adapt quickly, think critically, and tailor care plans that are both evidence-based and deeply personalized.
I’m best positioned to support individuals who are quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Many of my clients are caregivers, medical providers, students, entrepreneurs, or parents who are used to holding it all together yet feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected inside. If you're someone who overthinks, puts others first, and has a hard time slowing down, I see you. Together, we’ll create a safe, judgment-free space to process your experiences, set boundaries, challenge unhelpful patterns, and rebuild a healthier relationship with yourself.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as an addition to medication (s) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that impact their mood, behavior, and daily functioning. Together, we identify specific triggers, explore how thoughts influence emotions, and practice practical strategies to build healthier coping skills. CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing and personal growth.

I really appreciate how Dr. Gaspard helps me. She has helped me to change my mindset about certain things and has really helped me in ways other psychiatrists haven’t. She is the warmest and most personable psychiatrist that I have met. I was having trouble, and she encouraged me not to give up and push through, and I did, and I’ve been better. I really appreciate her and look forward to continuing working with her.
