I integrate the best of current science, neurobiology, Christian Spiritual Formation and Soul Care, writing and researching steadily over the years on developments in Faith Based Human Flourishing. I integrate this foundation with best practices for the clients whole person growth and resilience, to not just survive, but discover how to develop healthy coping skills, a positive growth mindset to thrive.
First session
The first session is a chance for me to get to listen to the clients story, what they need at this time and would hope to benefit from being in therapy. It is also a chance for both of us to explore if and how I may be the most helpful.
Strengths
I am a person centered clinician, providing a safe, calm non anxious presence, with a warm demeanor for clients to process their thoughts and concerns. I am authentic and engaging, inviting the client to share their experiences and gain deep awareness and insight of God's presence and opportunities for growth and healing.

I work with women in their 40's and above who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, challenges in relationships, and want to discover ways to become healthier, grow deeper and mature in their faith journey.

I work with clients to integrate Whole Person Faith Based Human Flourishing and Wellbeing along with other helpful modalities such as CBT, Attachment. Emotional Intelligence to building resilience during transitions and stressful times.
Christian Counseling
I integrate Christian Faith Formation and Spiritual Direction as a framework for growing, being resilient, finding direction, dealing with stressful situations and cultivating healthy relationship connections.
