New to Grow
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with college students, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and emotional overwhelm. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, binge eating/restricting, and neurodivergence, helping them build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. My approach combines CBT and DBT with solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients understand unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also incorporate mindfulness and spirituality to support healing in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and authentic to each individual.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your experiences, current challenges, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas where you may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want you to feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. We’ll also discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and start creating a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with your needs.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. I take a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that balances emotional support with practical tools for growth and healing. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier patterns in their daily lives. I integrate CBT and DBT to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and coping skills, while also using solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients recognize their strengths and move toward meaningful change. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and neurodivergence. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
