New to Grow
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and life transitions with greater clarity and resilience. My practice also focuses on supporting working mothers and new moms as they manage the complexities of parenting, career, and self-care. Drawing on both clinical experience and my personal experience as a mother of three, I bring a grounded and compassionate approach to my work. I aim to provide a collaborative, client-centered environment that promotes meaningful growth and lasting change.
On your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can take your time and share what’s been going on for you at your own pace. We’ll start by getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you’d like to change or improve. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll meet you where you are. We’ll also explore your strengths, current challenges, and any support you may need. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll begin to shape goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.
My approach stands out because it blends evidence-based therapy with a warm, client-centered style that meets each person where they are. I integrate practical tools from CBT and DBT with a focus on emotional understanding, helping clients not only gain insight but also build real-life coping skills they can use day to day. I also bring a grounded, relatable perspective shaped by both clinical experience and my own lived experience as a mother of three, which supports a deep sense of empathy, connection, and understanding especially for clients balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
I support young and middle-aged adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, as well as working mothers and new moms balancing motherhood, career demands, and self-care. Using a client-centered approach, I provide a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences, challenges, and goals. Clients often seek greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Together, we identify triggers, build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and develop strategies that support meaningful growth and overall well-being.
