I specialize in meditation management for ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, PTSD, OCD, addiction and anxiety.
As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, it will be my goal to advocate for patients who struggle to be heard or respected, and to manage their treatment with compassion, understanding, and attention to medication management and therapy. My job is to manage your medications successfully, providing you with an enhanced quality of life. I am currently seeing clients in Virginia.
First session
In our first sessions, we will start with introductions. It is an opportunity for me to get to know you better. We will then explore the challenges that you are facing and tailor a plan to work with on followup visits.
Strengths
Having worked with children, teens, adults, and the elderly I can help you identify your problems through formulating a working diagnosis and create a treatment plan to alleviate symptoms. A treatment plan will outline differential diagnoses, treatment options, medication options, and include assessment of psychosocial stressors and evaluation for psychotherapy.
Ideal clients
I love working with both kids and adults. I treat patients with respect and have worked extensively with children, teenagers, adults, and the geriatric population. I can assist the patient in finding their voice and taking control of their mental health in an unpredictable world. I can help them manage their sources of stress, build trust and rapport, and create a therapeutic alliance to foster healthy coping skills. I am here to manage medications for depression, bipolar, ADHD/ADD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, OCD, addiction, anxiety, psychosis and other disorders.
