I am passionate with the desire to assist my clients in their journey of self discovery. I incorporate spirituality as a path to explore what makes their life meaningful. I respect the individuality of each person's qualities and personal choices. I am an active listener to what is said and use compassionate inquiry to what deeper meanings the client may desire to explore.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I understand that setting a counseling appointment can be a daunting experience for someone. I am very mindful to make our virtual meeting space feel like a "home visit" and my office is a very welcoming space. My clients are invited to select a transitional object to provide psychological comfort, emotional regulation, security, especially during moments of stress, separation or change. They act as a soothing bridge and tangible anchors for the client's growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My experience as an active listener, patient witness and long standing compassion has served me well in my counseling profession. It is a precious calling and responsibility. I bring my extensive training through the Center for Deployment Psychology to bear for military related clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I would love to assist clients exploring their inner strengths and unique qualities and highest potential. I work with individuals, couples and families, on a virtual platform and in-person at my office. Counseling is an inner adventure for both client and therapist. It is a priority for us to form a strong therapeutic alliances as we work together on goals and objectives for change.
