Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas in Arlington and have been practicing within the mental healthcare field for the past five years. As a dedicated professional in the mental health and substance use field, I have had the privilege of working with youth, adults, and geriatrics, helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging aspects of their lives.
In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions and life challenges you are presently facing. This will help build a treatment plan and goals for follow-up sessions.
I believe that true progress begins when individuals are supported in recognizing their strengths, confronting their challenges, and embracing their potential for change.
I believe each person’s journey is unique, shaped by their personal experiences and stories. My approach is centered around helping individuals -regardless of age, enhance their self-awareness, discover their life purpose, and foster personal growth. I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic environment where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore their inner worlds without judgement.
