Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas in Arlington and have been practicing within the mental healthcare field for the past five years. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapeutic approach to help resolve traumatic memories. The approach is effective in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma related conditions.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindful-based therapeutic approach that encourages individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or avoiding them. This approach helps clients align with their core values and fosters flexibility by reducing negative thoughts as well as emotions.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, reduce self-harming behaviors, and improve relationships with others. DBT fosters balance between acceptance, change, and mindfulness with distress tolerance and regulation.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Cognitive Processing (CPT) is a structured evidence-based therapy designed to help clients recover from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma related conditions. CPT focuses on identifying and challenging distorted beliefs and thoughts stemming from traumatic experience's such as guilt, shame, and feelings of helplessness. CPT focuses on long term emotional healing by creating resilience and coping skills.
