Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions and life challenges you are presently facing. This will help build a treatment plan and goals for follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that true progress begins when individuals are supported in recognizing their strengths, confronting their challenges, and embracing their potential for change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

In working with diverse populations, I understand the distinct challenges that come with many different stages of life. Whether it’s helping youth build resilience, supporting adults in managing life stressors, or providing compassionate care to older adults processing past experiences, I aim to meet each individual where they are and support their growth.
