In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I don't want to rush the first session and provide hour long intakes in order to obtain the most mental health and past mental health history. By obtaining current and past information this will better help us create an individualized treatment plan that is specific to you and will best support you. I hope to build rapport for a lasting relationship during this first session and also manage medications in order to best help you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My goal is to empower you so that you can live your best life. One of my biggest strengths is that I want to educate you on your disease process and medications so that you know and evaluate is things are a right fit for you. My hope ultimately is to minimize medication use while optimizing your quality of life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young adults and older adults who are seeking to take control of their mental health in order to improve their quality of life overall. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They are open to conversations about their care and are willing to set realistic expectations while on this journey. I believe in a collaborative model so that you are a part of your own journey.
