(she/her)
I am an LPCC-S, LCDC III specializing in adults struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction, depression, stress management and relationships. I have been passionate about mental health and community behavioral health since 2014. Becoming a therapist was a natural choice for me because I truly love helping others. It's a great privilege to be part of someone's healing journey, and I find immense joy in witnessing people discover and harness their inner strength and resilience to make positive changes in their lives.
At our first session, we will begin with brief introductions to get to know one another. I will work to best understand your current challenges and needs. Our first session is a great opportunity for me to get to know you and understand your past, your present and the future you desire for yourself. We will work in collaboration to develop a unique and personalized treatment plan that addresses your goals and your therapeutic needs.
Having worked in community mental health for almost a decade, I've been given the opportunity to help people with limited resources whom are struggling a wide range of conditions. Due to this experience, I've gained immense knowledge in ways I can adapt my therapeutic approach to each unique individual and their challenges.
I love helping clients that who are motivated for improvement and don't yet have the tools they need to achieve their goals. They often struggle with anxiety; low self esteem; past memories; and may feel discouraged.
