I view myself as the co-pilot of your self-exploration journey, and a source of support during your life transitions. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and overall mindset changes. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. I enjoy working with clients to discuss their goals, barriers and thought patterns that may be preventing them from achieving their desired outcomes. Often, I assist the client in discussing their past and relationships to identify how their past has shaped who they are today and target areas for change.
In our first session together, we will discuss your current reason for seeking therapy and identify where you would like to see changes and improvements. Through this, we will identify treatment goals together and begin our journey!
I utilize numerous approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). I believe in being open, collaborative, and direct in my sessions to assist my clients in moving forward in their journey.
As a therapist, my strength is my direct approach and open mind. I feel I learn as much from my patients as they learn from me. This has created a meaningful working relationship with my clients and allowed for a greater success in their treatment.
