Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. Welcome to my practice! I received my Masters from Florida State University. I work with an array of diagnosis. I help people of all ages including children and teens be the best versions of themselves. I provide psychoeducation to my families and clients to help them understand the why? The approach helps getting to root causes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with children, teens and adults in community mental health the experience has given me the knowledge to work with an array of populations. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping one identify the root cause of challenges and can create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with families who are struggling with children/teens with big behaviors and overwhelming emotions. I work well with clients who have experienced trauma, attachment wounds and relationship difficulties. My clients are eager to come see me once the therapeutic alliance is built.

My treatment methods

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I work with parents and children/teens to assist in restoring relationships or ruptured attachments.

Play Therapy

I believe for children the play is their language and the toys are their words. Play is how children are able to process their thoughts and emotions. It also widens their window of tolerance.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Traditional talk therapy provides a space where a client can have a safe place to communicate their thoughts and feelings. Learn coping skills to regulate their emotions and change negative thought patterns.
