Hi, my name is Theresa, and I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adult clients to set meaningful goals to address their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In addition to being a LMFT and MN Board Approved Supervisor, I have a certification in Diversity and Inclusion and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP), which I draw from to help guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
Starting therapy can be difficult and I strive to create a warm, approachable, and genuine environment. I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to individualize therapy to meet their unique perspectives, background, and needs. I work with clients individually to set meaningful goals to address their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
I firmly believe that counseling has the power to increase insight, self-awareness, acceptance, and hope for a more fulfilling life. Together, we will identify your strengths and utilize them to navigate life’s challenges, fostering personal growth and resilience. I’m passionate about assisting adults navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and depression, cope with ADHD/ADHD type symptoms, and deal with issues such as interpersonal challenges, sleep difficulties, grief/loss, and medical challenges.

I worked with Theresa before she came to you and liked her so much I wanted to stay with her - she has helped me immensely with some pretty big, complex issues and I feel like she gets me ! She has given me many insights and strategies to use and lots of info on my issues as well as a good path for her. I would recommend her highly to anyone with similar issues or kids looking for S good Therapist
