Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Perinatal Mental Health Certified, Grief Counseling Certified, a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator, and a RETAIN Parental Leave Coach. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the initial session, clients can anticipate a warm and collaborative environment where we'll discuss their reasons for seeking therapy, explore their goals, and begin to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship. I'll gather relevant background information, answer any questions they may have, and jointly outline a personalized plan for our work together. This session is an opportunity for clients to express their concerns and for us to collaboratively determine the most effective approach for their unique needs.
