I’m Agnes Weber-Trzaska, LCSW, a therapist and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner offering depth-oriented, brain-body therapy for individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. My work is centered on helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward reconnecting with themselves in a more grounded, clear, and authentic way. I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, burnout, overwhelm, or recurring relational and emotional patterns that continue to feel unresolved despite insight or previous therapy. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, depleted, or stuck in survival-based patterns. Through an integrative approach that includes Brainspotting, somatic therapy, attachment-based work, CBT, and parts work/IFS-informed approaches, I support clients in accessing deeper layers of healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration. My goal is to create a space that feels intentional, attuned, and supportive, and where lasting internal shifts and a different way of being become possible.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a space for us to begin understanding your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping to shift or reconnect with in your life. I take an attuned, collaborative approach, helping you explore not only your thoughts and experiences, but also how stress, emotions, and past experiences may be showing up within your body and nervous system, and the impact it has on your current life. Together, we begin creating a foundation for deeper, meaningful work at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Sometimes the deepest healing happens beyond words. The integration of Brainspotting and brain-body therapy within a deeply attuned and intentional therapeutic process. allows for that. This work often goes beyond surface level insight and into deeper patterns, which can feel uncomfortable at times, but often leads to meaningful, lasting shifts that are not just understood cognitively, but truly experienced.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals who are looking to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level and are ready for meaningful, intentional change. Many are aware of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, overwhelm, or feeling stuck, and recognize that something beneath the surface is asking for attention. They are often thoughtful, self-aware, and open to exploring a brain-body approach that supports deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and lasting transformation beyond traditional talk therapy alone.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I am certified in Brainspotting and integrate it into therapy as a way to support deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change beyond insight alone. While traditional talk therapy can help create awareness and understanding, there are often experiences that continue to live beneath the surface, taht are held within the body and nervous system.

Somatic

I integrate somatic therapy by helping clients develop greater awareness of how emotions, stress, and past experiences are held within the body and nervous system. Through a gentle, body-based approach, we work with physical sensations, tension patterns, and internal responses to support regulation, processing, and deeper connection to self.

Attachment-based

I integrate attachment-based therapy by exploring how early relational experiences may continue to shape patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and one’s sense of safety or connection. Together, we work toward increasing awareness, developing more secure relational patterns, and creating space for healthier connection with both self and others.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and better understand patterns of thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress or feeling stuck. Together, we work toward developing greater awareness, challenging unhelpful patterns, and creating more supportive ways of thinking and responding.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I integrate parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches to help clients better understand the different parts of themselves that may hold emotions, protective responses, or unresolved experiences. This work supports increased self-awareness, compassion, and internal connection, allowing space for healing and greater internal balance over time.
