In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our initial meeting is an opportunity to understand what brought you to seek therapy and to understand your past experiences. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions. Together we will develop a plan that you feel comfortable with. Therapy is a collaborative process.

My compassion and willingness to help clients achieve their goals. I have years of experience and additional training with CBT and specifically DBT. Meeting clients where they are in this journey is so important.
