About me

My name is Brooke Mullineaux, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With a unique background working alongside medical professionals across diverse specialties, I bring compassionate support to those navigating some of life's most challenging moments - helping you find strength and healing when you need it most. Whether you find yourself navigating major life transitions, facing a personal or family health challenge, working as a healthcare professional, or dealing with the pain of grief - you’re not alone. Therapy can be a dedicated space where you feel safe to nurture yourself, heal at your own pace, and discover more about who you truly are.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our initial session, I like to hear directly from you what it is you are seeking from therapy and determine if we may be a good fit to begin our work together. Our first session will focus on gathering information and background from you, discussing guidelines and therapy etiquette, and together determining goals to work towards.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In my work with clients, I often utilize an array of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide positive change. With over 10 years of experience in both the medical and mental health fields, I’ve found that combining professional know-how with a genuine openness to keep learning makes all the difference.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I feel deeply honored to work alongside clients who are courageously navigating life’s ups and downs, healthcare and medical professionals carrying so much on their shoulders, and those seeking to reconnect with their most authentic self.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I often incorporate CBT to help you recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. CBT can be a helpful method of identifying more adaptive ways of thinking and engaging in your environment.

Humanistic

Utilizing Humanistic and Person-Centered approach, I will encourage you to tell your story in a way that supports you in feeling understood, acknowledged, and validated. This method allows for an atmosphere of support, empathy, and trust in which an individual can share their feelings without fear of judgment.
