I am licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT) originally from the central coast of California. I now live in the Greater Sacramento California Area and have experience in working with adolescents/teens and adults who struggle with various issues including depression or the intricacies of being part of the LGBT community.
I have worked with with teens and adults for the last 4 years rally developing the ability to connect with and support them through their struggles.
I have 4 years of experience in education supporting adolescents ages 13-18.
First session
I typically like to get to know each other, both through sharing of lived experiences as well as getting though the initial assessment. The initial session also provides us an opportunity to really understand whether we are a good fit to work together, it is my hope we get to know each other and see if we are a fit.

I am leaning into helping process the negative thoughts about ourselves and the world that keep us engaging in unwanted beliefs and behaviors. My hope is to help reshape the way we see the world and ourselves to intentionally create the path we are looking for.
