Magda Florez
With several years of experience in the helping profession, I bring compassion, warmth, and a mindful approach to therapy. I specialize in Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. I collaborate with clients to identify strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build resilience through life's challenges. My approach is supportive and committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and explore ways to build strength and confidence to move forward.
