Warm
Authentic

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California with a Masters degree from Azusa Pacific University. With 6 years of experience, I help individuals and couples explore themselves more deeply, enhance their well-being, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and customized to support each person’s unique path toward growth and healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll listen closely to what’s bringing you in and we’ll begin to explore your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll discuss what you’re hoping to understand or change, and I’ll explain my approach to how we can work together. It’s a collaborative process, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where I work collaboratively with clients, focusing on their unique strengths and values. My approach is empathetic and compassionate, recognizing the whole person and supporting clients as they explore their challenges and growth at their own pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by self-doubt, often because of past experiences that still affect their present lives. Many come to me wanting to ease the pressure they put on themselves and improve their relationships. I offer a safe space to explore unhealed wounds, unmet needs, and the struggle to find balance, helping people heal, grow, and cultivate more kindness toward themselves.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility, allowing them to accept difficult emotions, clarify their values, and take meaningful action toward the life they want to create.

Brainspotting

I use Brainspotting to help clients process and release deep-seated emotional trauma by focusing on specific eye positions that connect with areas of the brain holding unresolved feelings.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, allowing them to stay present and respond with more clarity and compassion.

Psychodynamic

I use psychodynamic approaches to help clients explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence their current thoughts, feelings, and relationships, fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth.

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based techniques to help clients understand how early relationships shape their current patterns of connection, supporting them in building healthier, more secure bonds with themselves and others.
