I explore solution base treatment to identify and engage in problem-solving tools, building awareness, as well as identifying skills to resolve current concerns

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Are utilize the practices of cognitive behavioral therapy to in combination of thought processes that may impose on day-to-day functions I’ve been utilizing this treatment modality for the past four years
