Hi, I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio. I received my masters at Northern Kentucky University and have been practicing for two years. I have experience with ages from 4 to adults and seniors. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment to explore challenges related to mental health and wellness, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I provide options such as therapy and medication management to help improve quality of life and help clients succeed in their future.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First sessions usually include getting to know you and then exploring your challenges and struggles so as to devise solutions that work best for you. Every client's situation is different so each plan is individualized to meet your needs and promote optimal mental health wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working with a wide spectrum of individuals has reinforced the concept that every person is unique and deserves an individualized plan. I strive to provide the best plan of care based on your needs and wants. We work together to create solutions that work best for you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have treated patients from across the entire spectrum of life, from a wide range of social, economic and lifestyle environments, including international patients, as well as those from the LGBTQIA+ community. For the past year, in particular, I have worked with a diverse range of undergrad and graduate college students. I enjoy teaching them how to cope with being away from their parents and growing into successful career-driven individuals.
