Hi, I’m Erica Taylor, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, and life transitions. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, we will take time to discuss your current concerns, personal history, and what has brought you to seek support at this time. I will ask questions about your symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, and any previous mental health treatment so I can gain a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive strategies, and practical steps to help you start feeling better. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported as we work collaboratively toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that it is both compassionate and highly practical. I focus on truly understanding each client’s unique experiences and goals while providing clear, evidence-based treatment that supports real-life functioning. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I combine thoughtful medication management with supportive, solution-focused strategies that help clients manage symptoms, build resilience, and regain balance in their daily lives. I also use structured rating scales and progress measures throughout treatment to help track symptoms such as anxiety, mood, sleep, and overall functioning. These tools allow us to monitor progress over time, identify areas that may need additional support, and make informed adjustments to treatment when needed. By using measurable outcomes alongside open conversation, we can work together to clearly see improvements and focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on your well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, and life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or high-achieving individuals managing demanding schedules while trying to maintain their mental and emotional well-being. They are often looking for practical support, clarity around their symptoms, and thoughtful medication management to help improve focus, mood, sleep, and overall balance. I enjoy partnering with clients who are motivated to better understand themselves and take meaningful steps toward lasting mental wellness.
