Hi, I’m Erica Taylor, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, and life transitions. I provide thoughtful psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management in a compassionate, collaborative environment. My goal is to help you gain clarity, restore balance, and develop practical strategies that support your overall mental wellness and daily functioning.
During your first session, we will take time to discuss your current concerns, personal history, and what has brought you to seek support at this time. I will ask questions about your symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, and any previous mental health treatment so I can gain a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive strategies, and practical steps to help you start feeling better. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported as we work collaboratively toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.
