Hello. I’m Claudia Leopold, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I help adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, postpartum depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions with compassion and clarity.

First session
In our first session, I focus on building trust, exploring your concerns, understanding your history, and collaboratively setting goals. I aim to create a supportive, safe environment where you feel heard.

Ideal clients
MDD, GAD, Bipolar, PMDD, Postpartum depression, Panic disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, ADHD, Insomnia. I am passionate about women's health and professionals in general struggling with everyday life and juggling a career, home and caregiving duties. I see mostly adults and young adults. I like to educate clients on their diagnosis, medications, and get them involved in their care by instilling hope and having a string therapeutic relationship.

Supportive
As a PMHNP, I use supportive therapy to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves openly. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing empathy, active listening, and encouragement. My goal is to help clients strengthen their coping skills, build self-esteem, and feel emotionally supported while navigating life’s challenges. This approach is especially helpful for clients dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, or chronic mental health conditions.
