Welcome—I'm so glad you're here and taking this step toward caring for your mental health. For over 16 years, I've helped women heal from emotionally unhealthy relationships, recover from emotional abuse and domestic violence, and find their way back to themselves. I also support high-achieving women who appear to have it all together on the outside but are struggling with stress, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally exhausted. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we'll work together to strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, navigate relationship and family challenges, and create healthier patterns that support the life you deserve. You don't have to carry it all alone—I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start—I will meet you where you are and help guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and creating a path toward healing and growth. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to connect with women in an authentic, meaningful way. Throughout my career, I have led women focused support services, whether through Individual, groups or women empowerment retreats focused on personal growth, self worth and resilience. While I am often perceived as strong, capable, and having it all together, I also understand firsthand that outward success does not always reflect the internal challenges we carry. This perspective allows me to deeply empathize with high functioning women who are navigating internal battles of their own. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, understood and empowered to build confidence, heal, and create lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a high functioning woman who is successful, capable and often viewed by other as having it together, yet internally struggles with self doubt, anxiety, relationship challenges, or the lingering effects of past experiences. she may be a professional, caregiver, entrepreneur , or someone navigating major life transitions while balancing multiple responsibilities. Despite her accomplishments she may find herself caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from her own needs. She is seeking a safe, supportive space to gain insight, build self confidence, improve relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress. Through therapy, she is ready to explore the underlying factor contributing to her struggles, process, unresolved experiences, and create meaningful lasting change. My goal would be to help her connect with her strengths, cultivate self compassion, and develop the tools the tools needed to live a more authentic, balanced and fulfilling life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Drawing from my years of clinical experience I use various modalities to fit the needs of my clients. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight into the thought patterns and beliefs that influence their emotional well being and relationships. I work with collaboratively clients to challenge self defeating thoughts , build healthier coping skills and develop tools that support lasting growth and resilience.

I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, build on what is already working and create practical steps towards their goals. This approach focusses on solutions rather than problems, empowering clients to make meaningful changes and recognize their ability to overcome challenges.

Structural Family Therapy

I use structural family therapy to help clients understand how relationship patterns , family roles, and boundaries influence their emotional well-being. Together we explore ways to create healthier interactions, strengthen connections, and foster more effective communication within relationships and family systems.

Psychodynamic

I use Psychodynamic Therapy which helps clients explore how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns may influence their current thoughts, emotions and behaviors. By gaining insight into these deeper dynamics clients can develop greater self awareness, improve relationships and create lasting change.
