I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Tennessee. I received my Master's degree from Walden University and was board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I have been in the healthcare field for 8 years. I provide care to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders. My specialties include mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety disorders. I find it important to listen to my patients and provide personalized care.
During our first appointment, we'll have a detailed chat to understand how you're feeling. We'll carefully review your medical and psychiatric history, and I'll offer personalized medication management services. My approach is all about finding the right balance with medication, using the lowest effective doses to get the best results while minimizing any potential side effects. Most importantly, I'm here to listen to your symptoms and provide advice on the best way to help you feel better.
As an attentive and empathetic listener, I have the capability to create a tailored treatment plan that is uniquely suited to your individual needs and preferences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am certified in CBT and I have used it in practice to help clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

I Love Dr Fleury before I met her I was going through so much. I was at the point of no return. I didn't think there was help for me. But she took the time to listen to me. She didn't rush with our first meeting. She was very understanding. She knew exactly how to treat me. Because of her I'm so much better than where I was. Side note. I asked her not to change her profession for my sake. God knew I needed her in my life.
