Hi there! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, specializing in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, find healing, and embrace personal growth. Together, we’ll explore tools and strategies that can deepen your understanding of yourself and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, connected to your true self, and empowered to live more fully in line with what matters most to you. If you're ready to take the next step in your personal growth, I encourage you to reach out.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and ensuring you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to achieve. I might ask you about your personal history and experiences to gain a clearer picture of your journey. Together, we'll start to set some goals that feel meaningful and right for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and truly heard. I'm a good listener, and I take the time to understand what’s important to you and what you're going through. I believe in working together at your pace, setting goals that feel right for you, and supporting you as you work through challenges and grow. My goal is to be here for you, offering understanding and encouragement along the way.

My treatment methods

Integrative

As an integrative therapist, I take a holistic approach, combining different therapy methods to best support your individual needs. With methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic techniques, and more, I help you gain insight into yourself, overcome challenges, and experience personal growth.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a helpful way to understand our mind a little better. We all have different parts of ourselves—like different feelings or perspectives—that show up in different situations. Some parts try to protect us, while others might carry old experiences. Together, we’ll explore these parts to understand their role and help them work together more smoothly. This can help you feel more at peace, balanced, and in touch with your true self.
