I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to partnering with clients as they navigate their mental health journey. My approach is collaborative. I believe you are the driver of your own treatment, and I’m here to guide and support you along the way. Whether through medication management, alternative treatments, or a combination of both, we’ll work together to find the plan that best meets your needs. If you’re dealing with life stressors, depression, anxiety, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you identify your needs, set realistic goals, and work toward achieving your personal potential.
First session
In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and then focus on the specific challenges you’re facing. This conversation will help me create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. When appropriate, I also offer GeneSight testing, a genetic test that can provide insight into which psychiatric medications may be most effective. This can be a valuable tool in finding the right treatment more efficiently and with fewer side effects.
Strengths
I have worked with clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, gaining experience across a wide range of ages including adults, adolescents, and geriatric clients. My areas of specialization include: Mood Disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorder), Psychotic Disorders, ADHD, and Trauma-related conditions. This diverse background allows me to approach each client with a comprehensive perspective, tailoring care to their unique needs.

I value taking the time to listen, understand what matters to my patients, and explain treatment options clearly. My goal is to create a welcoming space where patients feel respected and involved in their care.
